Hurricane exhibits and information at MODS in Fort Lauderdale

Information about hurricanes and weather-related activities for youngsters are featured at a free event in Fort Lauderdale.  The Museum of Discovery and Science in Fort Lauderdale and partners are presenting the event at the museum, which is featuring a free entry day.

The event in 2024 is 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Saturday, June 1 and includes representatives from hurricane protection industry, FIU Wind Engineering, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and local TV stations.
