If you love the outdoors and spending time in nature then come to Arch Creek Park in North Miami on Saturday, April 4 for their free Meet at the Bridge event from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Come learn about this nine-acre park off NE 135th St. and Biscayne Blvd. which was built around a natural limestone bridge formation. It dates back to the days of the Tequesta Tribe who are thought to have first used it as a trail and later also used by the Seminole Tribe.
The day's festivities will include eco-adventures, hands-on activities, live demonstrations, music and more. We will add more information as specifics are announced.
