Festival de Bomba y Plena

The Miami Beach Bandshell is one of the city's busiest venues where free music and dance performances are regularly presented. The open-air location provides a gorgeous snapshot of Miami Beach and is just steps from the water.

Family-friendly event celebrating the vibrant Afro-Puerto Rican traditions of music and dance bomba y plena by Tamboricua Miami, Jacareo, Miamibloco and Batujangueo. RSVP here.
 
North Beach Social: Diego Melgar
Thursday, Oct. 16, 8 to 10 p.m.
Guitarist/composer performs an eclectic blend of jazz, R&B, gospel, electronic and ambient music combined with choreography and immersive visuals. He will be joined by his ensemble group Swamp Lily. RSVP here.
 
 
Calibron 35 at Italian HIT Week
Saturday, Oct. 18, 8 to 10 p.m.
The cinematic funk ensemble Calibro 35, a group formed in Milan in 2017, will perform live soundtracks to some classic Italian films. RSVP here.
 
Sol Ruiz: Miami Beach Arts in the Parks
Sunday, Nov. 2, 7 to 10 p.m.
The Grammy-nominated international recording artist presents “Positive Vibration Nation,” a rock guaganco opera that blends live performance with technology, visual art, sound, music and vibrant costumes. RSVP here.
 
Elie Wiesel: Soul on Fire
Monday, Nov. 3, 7 p.m.

North Beach Social: Sonora Tukukuy
Thursday, Dec. 18, 8 to 10 p.m.
Allapattah-based cumbia group is made up of Miami's popular Latin Funk rock group veterans. RSVP here.
