In honor of National Pretzel Day, Wetzel’s Pretzels is celebrating its annual “National Wetzel Day” by offering a FREE Original Pretzel on April 26, 2026 at participating locations — from 3 p.m. to closing. No purchase necessary. (There is an additional charge for any upgrades.)
The giveaway is open to all customers. Limit one per person.
Stop by one of the shop’s more than 340 locations nationwide for the complimentary salty treat. Most locations are located within shopping malls. (All theme parks, airports, arena, food trucks and delivery are excluded from the giveaway.)
The chain’s Original Pretzel is hand-rolled, baked fresh and lightly buttered & salted. (It’s also available without butter and/or salt.) The shop bakes all of its pretzels fresh from scratch throughout the day, so customers are always biting into a warm, tasty treat.
