Ben & Jerry’s gives away new ice cream bars for free on Dec. 17

Ben & Jerry’s is raising the bar with the introduction of its new treat for ice cream lovers. The iconic ice cream company is dropping something big in the new year — Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream Bars!

The treat has all the much-loved chunks and swirls fans love in a handy, on-the-go bar. Available in five flavors, each bar features Ben & Jerry’s signature decadent ice cream dipped in a chocolatey coating with cookie pieces.

New Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream Bars

Fans can enjoy the following Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream Bar flavors:

  • Cookie Dough
  • Chocolate Fudge Brownie
  • Strawberry Cheesecake
  • PB Pretzel
  • Caramel Blondie

Find the new Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream Bars in the freezer aisle as soon as January 2026, available in a 4-pack with 2.5-oz. bars — priced at $5.99 to $7.49.

There’s also a single Cookie Dough Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream Bar hitting convenience stores next spring, priced at $3.99. Prices may vary by market and/or store.

Ice Cream Bar Giveaway

On Dec. 17, 2025, Ben & Jerry’s Scoop Shops nationwide are giving away a FREE Ice Cream Bar at more than 150 participating locations — with more than 20,000 bars being given away in total.

Find participating locations and further information at benjerry.com. Under “Find a Scoop Shop”, be sure to check the box for “Free Bar Drop Shop” to find participating locations nationwide. Most shops open at noon. However, hours vary by location. 

Limit one bar per customer, while supplies last.
