Free WingsFest in Margate features live music, food trucks & family fun
If you love chicken wings, live music and free family-friendly events, head to Margate for Doc Reno's 9th Annual WingsFest.
The free event is Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 5 to 10 p.m. at the Margate Sports Complex, 1695 Banks Road, Margate. Free parking is available and pets are welcome.
Local restaurants and food trucks will compete for the title of Best Chicken Wings in South Florida, and attendees can sample offerings and vote for their favorite.
In addition to plenty of wings, the event features:

- Artisan vendors
- Silent auction
- Food trucks
- Family-friendly entertainment
Performers will include Friday at Five, The R Train, Bread Zeppelin, DJ TaeRock and School of Rock.
The event benefits the My Family Matters Foundation, which helps families with children battling cancer by providing financial assistance for expenses such as housing, utilities, groceries and travel.
