Walmart: Get Redbox DVD or Blu-ray rentals for 99 cents

Nowadays, you can watch movies just about everywhere. However, it’s not always cheap, especially when streaming movies at home.

That’s why bargain-hunters have always applauded Redbox for its value and flexibility. Rent a movie for under $2 at the red kiosk in the grocery or drug store and, best of all, return it to any other Redbox location that’s convenient for you.

For a limited time, Redbox is offering even more value for South Florida families on a budget!

Redbox carries a wide variety of movies and genres — from recent hits to classics. Whether you’re looking to enjoy a drama for the adults or need a family friendly flick for the kids, Redbox has you covered. Check here for the current roster of movies available for rent

From April 21-June 9, 2022, rent any movie (DVD or Blu-ray) for just 99 cents at kiosks located within Walmart. The blockbuster savings are only available every Thursday. A rental at the kiosk is regularly $1.99 at most locations. (Note: The offer is not valid at any other store — just Walmart.)

Streaming a movie at home can easily cost $5 to $7, so frugal film fans will definitely enjoy blockbuster savings with the weekly deal. Just be sure you return the movie on time to avoid additional fees. Rentals must be returned the following day by 9 p.m.

Here’s the fine print on the offer: “Participating kiosks at Walmart locations only. Only available for DVD and Blu-ray discs for first night of rental on Thursdays from 4/21/22-6/9/22 only. Your payment card will be charged the full daily rental fee + tax for additional days you keep each disc. Can’t be combined with other offers or applied to prior rentals. May be cancelled/changed at any time.“
