This year, the Virginia Key GrassRoots Festival at Virginia Key Beach Park on Key Biscayne is free. The five-day festival from Feb. 20-24, features an impressive line-up of musical performances, a beer garden and vinyl lounge and plenty of food vendors.

At the Beer Garden and Cocktail Lounge they’ll be selling a wide range of craft brews and festival-themed cocktails and at the Vinyl Lounge DJ Khaleeb hosts a rotating group of DJs spinning in between musical acts and into the night after the live performers have finished their sets.
