Seafood Fish Fry

Enjoy a day at Preston B. Bird/Mary Heinlein Fruit & Spice Park in South Dade listening to music and eating seafood for the 7th annual Redland Seafood Festival happening this weekend, Nov. 18 and 19 from 10 am to 5 pm.

The event features seafood options, ranging from Thai and Caribbean-style to ceviche and fish tacos as well as funnel cakes, ice cream, kettle corn, shaved ice, beer, and other food and beverage favorites for purchase.

There also will be a fun kids’ activities, including a Miami Marlins interactive zone, pony rides, and a fishing zone.

This year’s featured bands will include: “Jay Blue Band” (Blues/Rock), “Scott Kirby Duo” (Coastal-inspired Folk Rock), “The Rodeo Clowns” (Modern Country Rock), and “Shadow Creek” (Classic Rock/Country).
