Several fresh market locations are hosting samplings and cooking demos throughout December. The “Fresh Flavors” events feature Chef Kristin Johanson, who will be preparing holiday food during the cooking demos and then handing it out to shoppers for a taste.
Enjoy a sampling of smoked salmon toasts with capers and onions, Tuscan artichoke dip, Romesco party shrimp, orange and fennel salad, pan seared rosemary crusted beef tenderloin steak with yogurt horeseradish sauce, gluten free Paleo friendly chocolate chip cookies and Pinot noir mocha sauce.
