The 2014 edition of the free Miami Made Festival is March 6-9.
The Miami Made Festival is a free annual celebration of theater and dance works in the progress of being created by South Florida writers, actors and artists. This year’s events take place at the Carnival Studio Theater at the Adrienne Arsht Center in Miami.
Here’s the schedule:
- March 6, 7:30 p.m. Shira Arbegel’s Appalachian Squall. Multimedia performance/
- March 7, at 7:30 p.m., and March 8, at 3 p.m.: Johnathan Spikes’ I am What I am and Not What You Call Me. New play reading.
- March 8, at 7:30 p.m. Stuart Meltzer’s Better Than Damn Good. New musical play reading.
- March 9, at 4 p.m.: Dellaventura, Hammad, and Sirios’ Two-Merz. New Play reading.
All the performances at the Carnival Studio Theater require free tickets, which are available starting at 10 a.m. the day of the show at the Arsht Center box office, in person only.
