Free Beachside BBQ Jamboree

The City of Miami Beach and Prism Creative Group are presenting a free afternoon Beachside BBQ Jamboree at Lummus Park on Miami Beach Oct. 20 from noon to 4 p.m.

A celebration of Florida music, performing will be Honey Hounds and The Sh-Booms. The Jacksonville-based trio Honey Hounds feature Nick Izzard on vocals and guitar, Nathan Ranew on bass and Tyler Watts on drums playing their brand of funkadelic blues rock. The Orlando-based Sh-Booms are a garage soul band who will be playing music from their latest release “Blurred Odyssey.”

Other than musical entertainment, there will be a kite workshop, caricaturist and psychic readings plus:
