6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Trick or treating at decorated treat stations in the plaza embellished with lights and strolling performers
7 p.m. Headless Horseman enters through fog into the Gulfstream Park Walking Ring
8 p.m. Evil costume contest with $1,000 in prizes, food trucks and bars with refreshments for purchase, music, a laser light show, and performers
