Protecting the environment is the focus of an outdoor, family friendly event this weekend in Plantation.

DHL's GoGreen is set for 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 22, 2022, outside of the company's offices, at 1210 S. Pine Island Road. Entry is free.

The event, which is also being presented by the city of Plantation, is expected to  include entertainment, kids' activities such as face painting, food vendors, talks on sustainable forestry, and more.
