Need an uplifting story? Here's one that doesn't come around very often. It's the true story of two men who not only prove the power of connection, but also demonstrate the resilience of the human spirit in the face of unimaginable adversity. This short documentary, presented by the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum is free with RSVP.

Immediately following the screening of the 20-minute film there will be a live in-person conversation with the film's director Jordan Horowitz along with Holocaust survivors Jack Waskal and Samuel Ron.
The film tells a poignant story about two Holocaust survivors who were miraculously reunited after nearly 80 years at the Museum's 2022 South Florida Dinner in Boca Raton FL. Now in their late 90s they are spending the precious time they have left rekindling their friendship and educating the next generation about the dangers of hatred and division.
This event is FREE and open to the public. A dessert reception will follow.
