Event is postponed

Employment training for various fields is free for eligible students in South Florida.

Broward College is offering information on BrowardUP education opportunities at a free information fair in Fort Lauderdale.

The free event is 5:15 p.m. – 7 p.m. September 27 at its new location, YMCA, 1409 Sistrunk Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale 33311.

Information about G.E.D education., which is a high school equivalency diploma, is included.

Free non-credit workforce education and workshops include information technology and other fields.
