Betty White film screens Monday: South Florida theaters where it’s playing

Betty White: 100 Years Young” is a documentary that was meant to celebrate the beloved actor’s 100th birthday, on Jan. 17, 2022. It was slated to be screened in 900 theaters nationwide, including in South Florida.

Although White passed away just weeks before that milestone, the show will go on, and now will serve as a poignant celebration of her life.

The documentary will feature classic moments from “The Golden Girls,” “Saturday Night Live,” “Hot in Cleveland,” “The Proposal,” “The Mary Tyler Moore Show” and more. It also is said to include what turned out to be the final interview with her, as well as tributes from the many friends who loved her.

The documentary will be shown on Monday, Jan. 17, 2022, at theaters throughout Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade and Monroe counties. To find a location, click here
