In celebration of Thanksgiving’s shopping madness and to kick off its online Advance Discount sales, the Miami-Dade County Youth Fair & Exposition is discounting its Fair Bucks 50% for a limited time.

This special Thanksgiving holiday online promotion takes place from 12:01 a.m. on Friday, November 23rd through 11:59 p.m. on Monday, November 26th.

Fair Bucks allow consumers to purchase 2013 Youth Fair admission tickets, ride and game coupons, Fair food, beverages and other Fair related products and services.  This is the first time The Youth Fair has presented this 50% discount offer to the community.

Buy Fair tickets online and save

It’s the last weekend for The Fair, once known as the Miami-Dade Youth Fair, which runs through April 1 at the Miami-Dade County Fair & Exposition Center, 10901 SW 24 St.

Here are the coupons and deals if you buy tickets before you go for the Miami-Dade County Fair:

  • $5 off on a weekday unlimited ride pass (normally $20).
  • $2 off a single admission (normally $10).
  • $8 off a 22-coupon ride book (normally $25).
There is a $1 fee for each ticket ordered.
And through March 31, you can get a season pass, usually $30, at Walgreens for $25. At The Fair, show it at Cafe Expo locations to save on food and drink.

Pollo Tropical coupons for The Fair

Pollo Tropical restaurants in Miami-Dade County are giving away coupons good for $5 admission to The Fair before 5 p.m. on weekdays. The coupons can be used for anyone older than 6, one per person. The Fair runs March 15-April 1 at the Miami-Dade County Fair and Exposition Grounds, 10901 SW 24 St.

Discount Fair tickets on sale now

There are still several weeks before The Fair opens but there’s no time like the present to save money on tickets. The Fair, once known as the Miami-Dade Youth Fair, runs March 15 to April 1 at the Miami-Dade County Fair & Exposition Center, 10901 SW 24 St.

Here are the coupons and deals if you buy tickets early for the Miami-Dade County Fair:

  • $5 off on a weekday unlimited ride pass (normally $20).
  • $2 off a single admission (normally $10).
  • $8 off a 22-coupon ride book (normally $25).

The Fair website doesn’t say how long those discounts will be in effect. There is $1 fee per ticket ordered.

Discounts on Miami-Dade County Fair

fair2The Miami-Dade County Fair & Exposition run Thursday, March 26, through April 12. You can save money on rides and admission if you buy your tickets by Wednesday, March 25.

These are among the advance ticket deals:

* 24-coupon ride sheet for $17 ($3 savings) and pay one price ride card for $20 ($5 savings).
* General admission $8 ($1 savings). Kids 5 and under are free.
* Family Fun Value Pack for $89 ($31 savings). This includes four general admission tickets, two 24-coupon ride sheets, four $5 Food coupons, two free game coupons and one commemorative gift.

You can buy advance tickets at the fairground’s advance ticket booth through Wednesday, March 25, or from groups selling advance tickets. You can also buy advance tickets online, but there is a $3.50 service fee per transaction.

Admission is $5 opening day, Thursday, March 26, or you can get 2-for-1 admission with an advance ticket. Active duty or retired U.S. military personnel and immediately family (limit 4 people), get in free Friday, March 27.

The fair is at the Miami-Dade County Fair & Exposition Center, 10901 Coral Way (SW 24th Street).
