On Saturday, June 9, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., the Miami Science Museum hosts a day of activities related to preparing for hurricanes and other extreme weather. At 2 p.m., CNN weather anchor Bonnie Schneider speaks. There will also be a fire simulator trailer, hurricane wind tube and more. Admission is free all day to the museum, which is at 3280 S. Miami Ave.
