Miami-Dade County residents can replace older-model toilets with High-Efficiency models.
Single-family residential property owners or tenants, as well as multi-family property owners, may receive a $50 rebate with the purchase and installation of a WaterSense-certified High-Efficiency toilet.
The residential property must have been built prior to 1996. To quality for the rebate, you must submit the appropriate application form, the original purchase receipt and packaging information from the manufacturer showing that the toilet is WaterSense-certified.
