To celebrate its opening in July 1954, the signature restaurants at the Fontainebleau will once again offer $54 prix-fixe meals during July. The meals are available for dinner any time Sunday to Thursday and from 6 to 7 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, July 1 – 31. Patrons at Gotham Steak, Hakkasan and Scarpetta also get $12 discounted valet parking with validation during the summer. The Fontainebleau is at 4441 Collins Ave., Miami Beach.

* Scarlet Street, 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 14, at the Art Deco Education Center at Historic City Hall, 1130 Washington Ave., Miami Beach. A box-office hit in its day, Scarlet Street (1945) was banned in three states. It was directed by Fritz Lang (M, Metropolis).
