Most deals for veterans and active-duty service members require  military identification.

For Veterans and Military Personnel

  • Applebee’s restaurants are offering a free entree Nov. 11 to veterans and those on active duty.
  • Outback Steakhouse restaurants are offering a free Bloomin’ Onion and soft drink to veterans and those on active duty Nov. 7-11.
  • Golden Corral restaurants are offering free dinner Monday, Nov. 14, for veterans and active  U.S. military.
  • Red Roof Inn is offering 15% off  during November to active and retired members of the military.  Book online or by phone, 800-733-7663, and mention VP+ code 604287.
  • Dollar General stores are offering 10% discount in stores Nov. 11 and online Nov. 11-13 with code VETERANSDAY. The discount is for veterans, active military personnel, National Guard, Reserve and family members.
  • TGI Fridays restaurants are offering a BOGO entree deal Nov. 11 to active military personnel and veterans. Some restrictions may apply.
  • Chili’s is offering a a free meal to veterans and active-duty military 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 11.
  • 7-Eleven is offering a free small Slurpee to retired and active military personnel and their immediate families 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Nov. 11.
  • Broward County Parks are offering 25% off camping to veterans and military personnel Nov. 11-13
