I love to read mysteries, and one of the first authors I read was Agatha Christie. My favorite of her characters is Miss Marple, the unassuming spinster who solves murders using ingenuity instead of CSI-style technology.
Agatha Christie’s books have been translated into more than 50 languages and are still as popular today as they ever were. In celebration of this remarkable author, Sept. 13 through Sept. 20 is Agatha Christie Week, and AudioFile Magazine is giving away a free audio recording of Christie’s story The Case of The Missing Will, read by David Suchet (aka Hercule Poirot).
