SushiSamba Coral Gables is launching a new SambaHour, with happy hour specials from 4 to 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. to closing Monday through Friday.
Specials include $7 Caipirinhas made with Leblon cachaça, plus food specials on some menu items as well as Organic Chicken Anticuchos served with smoked teriyaki and Peruvian corn; Corn On Cob of chili, lime, aji panca butter and grated manchego; Eggplant Anticuchos with mustard miso and Peruvian corn; and the ever-popular Ribeye Anticuchos with aji panca and Peruvian corn. Dishes served hot from the kitchen include Chicharron De Calamar of fried plantain, pico de gallo, mint and tamarind; Sea Bass Bolinhos with catupiry-infused huacatay purée; Japanese A5 Wagyu Beef Gyoza served with kabocha purée and su-shoyu dipping sauce; and Otsumami, including an assortment of edamame, green bean tempura and shishito.
The sushi bar also will offer free samples of seviche of the day and a variety of gunkan (nigiri sushi).
