It’s almost time for Miami Spice, when some of Miami’s best restaurants offer special summer menus at a discount. Chefs from some of the restaurants are joining for the kickoff event, Miami New Times’ Iron Fork, on July 28 at the American Airlines Arena.
At the 2016 event, Via Verdi’s “Wonder Twin Chefs” Fabrizio and Nicola Carro will face off against “Dynamic Duo Chefs” Dustin Ward of BLT Prime and Sean Brasel of Meat Market. Attendees can sample food from more than 70 restaurants and participate in a silent auction.
The regular price for general admission tickets to the event is $55 in advance plus a $20.75 service fee, a total of $75.75. VIP tickets are $95, plus $22.10 in service fees, for a total of $177.10.
