Entry to all 392 U.S. national parks will be free April 22-26 in honor of National Park Week. The deal includes Everglades National Park and Dry Tortugas National Park, off Key West.
The National Park Service also reminds us that admission to many of our national parks, including Biscayne National Park in Miami, is always free.
You can also get in free at other national parks in Florida that charge admission. Some Florida national parks are always free.
The remaining 2013 National Parks entry-free dates in 2013 are:
- August 25: National Park Service Birthday
- September 28: National Public Lands Day
- November 9-11: Veterans Day weekend
