Free day of racing at Homestead Speedway

2014_SUNSET_300_POSTER_2-686x1024Race fans can spend the day  watching the hottest, fastest cars driven by a field of international drivers at the Sunset 300 on Saturday, June 7, at 5 p.m. at Homestead Miami Speedway, One Speedway Blvd. Admission is free but registration is required.

The roster of drivers features a who’s who of international superstars like Alline Cipriani of Brazil, Miguel Ptolicchio of Venezuela and Jose Collado of the Dominican Republic along with Americans Shane Lewis and Patrick Otto. Other countries represented include England, Argentina, Chile, Peru and Slovakia.

On display in the Grid Walk will be Porsche GT3, Ferrari, Praga, Corvette, Mustang, Shelby Cobra, Ford Mustang and BMW M3. While you’re ogling, the kids can play in the bounce house, build a model car and enjoy a slot car racetrack.
