Actors Play house ‘Scott and Hem’ tickets $9

Act fast and you can see the new Actors Playhouse production of “Scott and Hem,” about an imagined conversation between F. Scott Fitzgerald and Ernest Hemingway for as little as $9.

The play takes place in 1937 Hollywood, as Fitzgerald is trying to finish writing a screenplay. The two writers share their views on everything from the creativity process to the fear of death, dishing Hollywood gossip and showing their vulnerabilities. The play is by Mark St. Germain, who wrote “Duma” and “Freud’s Last Session.”

Regular price for tickets is $45. But with a deal from Goldstar, you can get tickets for as little as $9 for selected performances May 21-22 and May 28-29. Once the $9 tickets are gone, Goldstar has tickets for $28 for those performances, still a discount.
